Description:

Variety of pleated medias including cellulose, microglass, stainless steel mesh, and many others for particulate removal from 1/2 micron to 200 micron.  Available in industry standard sizes or custom fit for your specific application.

Medias:

Nominal Microns

Available in nominal sizes from ½-50 micron.  Also absolute rated medias where Beta=200 in 1, 2.8, 6, 12, 25 micron retention. 

Absolute Micro-Glass

Included pleated phenolic resin impregnated paper for nominal filtration applications, pleated microglass for absolute rated applications, cleanable pleated stainless steel for high temperature or corrosive processes, and many others available for custom applications.

Elements:

Jaxon uses high quality materials in the construction of the pleated elements.  We use plated metal components, such as end caps, outer metal wrap, and center tube, for corrosion resistance.  We use a spiral formed center tube for high collapse ratings at increased differential pressures.  High quality thermoset adhesives are used to insure a stable bond between filter media and end caps, and Buna-N gaskets are standard on all pleated filters.
